Connecting Lucid to the Internet via Ethernet

Simple steps to get Lucid online:
  1. Plug your Lucid gateway into power.
  2. Connect one end of the provided Ethernet cable to the WAN port on your Lucid gateway (closest port to power illustrated below) and the other end to an available Ethernet port on your Internet router.



    1. the 2 free Ethernet ports you see above are for LAN connections, used to connect your computer to your Lucid network via Ethernet

  3. When properly plugged in and after waiting for 10 seconds, looking at the LEDs on the front of your Lucid gateway you will see:
    1. Left LED Solid -> Power is ON
    2. Middle LED Solid -> Your Lucid is connected to the internet. (You can now add your trusted devices to Lucid or if connected will work again now.)
    3. Middle LED Flashing -> The Ethernet port of your home Internet router is not providing a proper Internet connection. Please ensure to push cables in firmly and listen for a solid click. Look to find an available Ethernet port in the home that provides an internet connection.
